Items that we have available will be delivered within 1-3 days of ordering. Please allow 5-10 working days for your orders to be processed and shipped to you, excluding weekends & holidays. Orders may arrive in a shorter amount of time, but to account for any delays please allow this timeframe. For hair that you want coloured, we advise that you place your order at least 12 days before your desired or confirmed appointment date with @tcolourshair

All orders will be posted via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery for Domestic UK orders and DHL for International orders. SHIPPING DELAYS ARE STILL OCCURRING AS A RESULT OF COVID-19 & STRIKE SEASONS SO PLEASE ALLOW FOR ANY EXTRA DELIVERY TIME AS WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO REFUND YOU FOR ANY DELAYS.

Please note that once items have been shipped we can not be held responsible for damage or loss to items. In the event that your item is lost or damaged, please contact the courier. We are not liable for any mistakes made by the delivery couriers. 

For International orders, please be aware that you are responsible for paying any taxes or customs fee.

We advise that you avoid booking any hair appointments before receiving and fully inspecting your order; as we will not be held liable for any missed/delayed/cancelled appointments.
