Refunds

Our products are non-refundable and we are not able to provide refunds on hair due to hygiene and safety reasons. 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Drop us an email at: tcolourshair@gmail.com with your full name and order number, if you have any issues to report. Alternatively, contact us using the drop down menu. You have within 4 weeks of receiving your item to contact us for any issues as after this your query will not be answered and we will no longer be able to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery. It must be in the same condition as received and unused with any tags still on. Exchanges can be offered on unused products that are still in brand new condition or future discounts can also be offered.
